GOVERNMENT OF EL UNIVERSITY OF THEOLOGY AND BIBLICAL SEMINARY (ELUNTABS).
EL University of Theology and Biblical Seminary has its solid administration and standing government and functions as an independent theological Institutions under EL Group of theological Institutions. It is a theocratic gospel institution, though runs and managed by human instruments, chosen and called by God to carry out the business of Eluntabs. Below are the officers, Offices, Structures, Boards, Organs, Councils and other units of this institutions parts of the total government of EL University of Theology and Biblical Seminary.
- THE TRUSTEES:
This is also called the Board of Trustees whose duties are to represent the institution in legal matters and other relevant issues that may demand the seal, agreement, land and issues in connection with the government and legal matters.
- THE GOVERNING COUNCIL:
The governing council of EL University of Theology and Biblical Seminary is the apex council, the highest decision making of the Institution that is headed by an authority, such as the chancellor or his representative or an appointed authority by the president and founder of the Institution. It is in the hand of the governing council to decide tough issues and to carry out all discussions affecting academic matters, buildings and all hard issues that the lower councils cannot handle. It is forum of the elites, academic, wise men and women and all those with wider understanding about the educational matters. The decision of the governing council in issues affecting the institution is the final.
- ACADEMIC STAFF UNION:
The academic staff union in EL University of Theology and Biblical Seminary is the gathering of the lecturers or otherwise called the lecturers forum. This is a separate body of the institution that constitute only the lecturers of the institution that created chance for them to plan for class and lecture issues, courses, tests, exams, lectures, student issues, trimester and departments in front and present. It is the forum that allows the lecturers share courses and plan for the progress of the institution. This is also the forum that helps the lecturers to discover the needs and problems of the students and advise the authority for prompt action. The focus of the academic staff union of EL University of Theology and Biblical Seminary is “EFFECTIVE TRAINING” of the students. This is the lecturers’ forum to think better and for the progress of this great institution.
- ADMINISTRATIVE COUNCIL:
The administrative council of EL University of Theology and Biblical Seminary is the council that focuses on day to day business of the institution, whose targets are on how to make the institution grow, how to upgrade the academic programs, how to build the students and the structures, how to increase courses, how to avoid dangers, how to attract wonders, how to advance the institution, the issues of exams, vacations, courses, matriculation, graduations, Resumptions, building and other day to day college businesses. The administrative council carries her tough issues or harder matters to the governing council for final decision. The administrative council is made up of only the lecturers that have known much about this very institution, who are occupied with one specific post or the other in the administrative post of this institution. These officers in Admin council include:-
- The Administrative provost
- The Rector of the campus
- The Registrar of the campus
- The Dean of Studies (Academic Dean)
- The Deacons of the faculties
- Director of the campus and student affairs
- Director of missions and Christian ministries.
These are the inevitable members of the admin council of EL University of Theology and Biblical Seminary, though more members may be added when such needs arise, such as the Director of business and social matters, Director of examination and statistics or the Public Relation Officer of the Institution. The governing council shall not be less than nine (9) staff and never to be more than eleven (11) members. All the members of the admin council must be current lecturers in the school. The admin council meets at least once every trimester and as much as the duty calls or when such matters arise.
- THE ACADEMIC OFFICERS:
The academic officers of EL University of Theology and Biblical Seminary are the current lecturers of the institution who occupied one post or the other because of their years of services, certificates acquired, personal charisma, wisdom and because of their academic achievements in the academic world and in this great institution as well.
These are the lecturers whose abilities, talents, gifts, charisma, scholarsticism, theology, academic inputs and scholastic exhibitions have been approved.
Below are the leaders and senior officers of EL University of Theology and Biblical Seminary.

THE STUDENT UNION GOVERNMENT
The student union of EL University of Theology and Biblical Seminary is the union meeting and the forum under which the students discuss their affairs, plan for their studies, plan for the progress of the school, plan to join their alumni and plan on how to maintain their steady relationship with the institution. It is the forum where the students plan on what to do for the institution, how to promote the institution, how to have smooth and easy study environment, cleanliness and sweet environment of the institution, how to obey and to work and walk in harmony with the lecturers and the management at large. It includes how to maintain discipline among the students and how to love each other, live with each other and become good citizens and good gospel ministers now and after their graduation.
To achieve the above expected qualities, the students’ union government is formed and the underlisted student union officers are appointed for godly existence:-

THE GREATEST ECCLESISTICAL INPUT IN NIGERIA CHURCHES.
This is an EL University of Theology and Biblical Seminary inputs to build and to train Nigeria church leaders, General Overseers, Bishops, Minister, Directors, Senior Pastors, Presbyters, Episcopals, District Superintendents, State Overseers and great leaders of the church and pioneers church builders in Nigeria and beyond. This is twelve (12) credit hours that can last for only six days with great impartations, revelations, educations and powerful insight to the students which is compulsory to every student of EL University of Theology and Biblical Seminary. This program contributes much to what made EL University of Theology and Biblical Seminary the best in the land.
Below are those ecclesiastical secrets everyone should know. This study is for the senior cleric forum and the class of the Bishops.
SCF 111: Equipping the Bishops, Presbyters and Priests:
The course and unavoidable teachings to students and to all who shall be priest, presbyters and Bishops in future are based on what we call senior ministers forum who are equipped with courses on leadership, Administration, Management, conflict resolution, Crises management, burden bearing, visions, temple building, Kingdom focus doctrine preservation, Patience, Christ oriented life, faith and faithfulness coupled with the love of God and of brethren.
The Bishops and presbyters shall be equipped with such courses by Eltheco.
SCF 112: Pulpit Education:
Pulpit is the greatest office of the called man, especially the Bishops, Presbyters and Priest. EL University of Theology and Biblical Seminary has mapped out course that shall make them successful, which include our teachings on their devotion, prayer life, faith and faithfulness, Holiness focus, how to preach and teach the issues of marriage, family life, general relationship with the church, family and with the society at large.
SCF 113: Academic Philosophy of Church Leadership:
EL University of Theology and Biblical Seminary unveils the need of academic pursuit and achievement among the church leaders and thoroughly impart the students with the desire to read and study, need for leadership education, need for more knowledge, more understanding, more insight, more wisdom, more growth that shall lead to success, break through, maturity, fame and to more connections in the gospel ministry.
SCF 114: Insight to Sociology of the gospel ministry:
This is an academic course that shall make the student to be visionary oriented, to draw plans for future progress, set goals, understand the society and the needs of the common man and to be really creative in his gospel ministry. The students shall be trained to be bold, fearless and to be possessed with great power of elocution in the society, in the church and on his Pulpit.
SCF 115: The Cleric and Church Sacraments:
Church sacraments are the divine businesses of the Bishops, Presbyters and the senior ministers at the altar. Church sacraments include Baptism and Holy Communion, though others may add marriage, foot washing and ordinations. Christian sacraments are to be administered by only the Bishops, Priests, Presbyters, Episcopals and the ordained gospel ministers of the church. The focus of this course is to teach all ethics or rudiments of the sacraments in the New Testament churches.
SCF 116: Psychology of Ministry Strategies:
This is the advanced course for the senior clergy at the altar of God. The focus of this course is to equip the senior gospel ministers on how to plan, how to face external forces, how to overcome church crises and how to use spirituality to conquer carnality, how to use faith to conquer fear and how to strategize issues that shall bring the church to success, growth and to steady stability.
SCF 117: Rudiments of Altar Packages:
There are different altar packages which include secret prayers for the members, secret prayers for sermons and for teachings, secret prayers before counseling, secret prayers for the church services and other church programmes.
There must be vision, mission, ministry and mandate from the altar that shall sustain the church EL University of Theology and Biblical Seminary students shall be taught on how things are done and how ro make things happen and things working.
SCF 118: The Rudiment of Commissioning.
We have about four levels of gospel ministers in the present day churches among such levels are:-
- The initially called person of God – Unapproved.
- The commissioned (Licensed) man of God – Approved.
- The ordained gospel minister – Presbyter (Senior Pastor).
- The consecrated or dedicated minister – (Specific calling).
The commissioned or licensed gospel minister is an approved man of God, called by God and approved by the church. This very course has to do with the duties, altar services, ministries and the total duties of the commissioned gospel ministers.
SCF 119: The Authority of Ordained Gospel Minister.
The ordained gospel minister is an elder, presbyter, the most senior minister who is fully ordained to carry all the businesses of the church including gospel rituals and needed sacraments in the church. This course is on the full duties, sacraments, rituals and other sacred works designated only to the ordained gospel ministers which other minister on the lower level can never perform.
SCF 120: Consecrated or Dedicated Gospel Minister.
Consecrated or Dedicated Gospel Ministers are those fully and consciously dedicated to the course of God, such as the BISHOPS, the EPISCOPALS, the PRESBYTERS and those dedicated fully in the offices of the apostles and prophets. This course shall definitely deal with their duties, positions and their rights and divine ministries assigned to them.
This course shall expose what they are called to do and why they should do that in the churches. They are the most senior ministers of the gospel with greater responsibilities and greater visions.
SCF 121: Episcopal Ecclesiology.
This course has to do with specific sacred duties for specific dedicated gospel ministers. This course reveals church duties that are only designated to special ministers of the senior order. Episcopal Ecclesiology reveals the church duties, rituals and specific church ceremonies, rituals, sacraments and other church ordinances that shall only be done by the dedicated or specified senior clerics in the church. EL University of Theology and Biblical Seminary teaches how these ecclesiastical duties shall be performed.
SCF 122: The Ethics of General Overseeing.
The church of God is not a worldly business, neither is it the worldly system. The General Overseer is not overseeing ordinary organization but a sacred and spiritual organization. This course is a lesson for the general overseers to know what to do, what to say, how to lead, how to face circumstance and how to oversee the church of God. Every student of Eluntabs must study this course in order to know what to do.
SCF 123: Government of the Pulpit in the Pew.
The government of the Pulpit on the Pew refers what the gospel minister owes his church, his leadership, authority, influence, order, rulership and his power over his church congregation. The gospel minister at the altar has much to do on, in and with his congregation.
This lesson shall focus on what the pastor shall do in his church and the authority of the gospel minister in the church. EL University of Theology and Biblical Seminary devotes enough time to educate the students on the duties of the pulpit minister on the congregation of God’s people known as the church.
SCF 124: Ethics of Wedding, Child Dedication and Burial.
This course is for all students of all categories teaching the ethics, rudiments, style, system, mode and method of church marriage, Church Child dedication and church burial according to the Christian tradition. It is a necessity for all gospel ministers to understand how to join two persons in marriage, how to dedicate a new born baby and how to bury a dead Christian member. These rituals, ministerial acts and officiating procedures in the church of Jesus Christ are very necessary for the proper knowledge of the gospel preacher. EL University of Theology and Biblical Seminary has it as a mandate to teach all to students.
SCF 125: Management of Christian Worship.
The survival, stability, sweetness, success and spirituality of the Christian worship depend on the management of the gospel minister incharge of the altar. Every man at the altar is a manager whose duties are to care for the church and to supervise the Christian service and Christian worship. This course is to educate the students and the gospel ministers at large on how to manage the spiritual worship of the church.
SCF 126: Management of Sound Doctrines.
The gospel minister as a manager has his two eyes open, his two ears open and his mind open to manage, supervise, lead and to direct the church towards sound and Biblical doctrines.
This course has to do with the total altar management that shall keep the church sound, clean, pure and balanced which shall guide the church to true and sound Biblical doctrines. This course shall educate the students on what to guide, how to manage and how to lead the church to sound Biblical doctrines.
SCF 127: Watching against Heresies.
The Pulpit men also known as the teacher, the pastor, the evangelist, the prophet and the apostle are also known as the true watchmen. They have their eyes open in their churches against demonic invasion, demonic deception, demonic manipulation in the worship of God’s people which shall quickly give birth to what we call heresies and delusion which are demonic tricks, plans and traps to kill and to cage the people of God. Every student shall study how to detect and discover heresies in Christian worship nowadays.
SCF 128: Clerical Obligations.
Gospel Ministers have special duties to perform in the churches and in the gospel fields. The clerics (Gospel Ministers) has ministerial obligations, special duties and spiritual mandates as a result of their divine calling and divine appointments. This course shall indicate, reveal and expose the obligation of the gospel ministers. The students of EL-University of Theology and Biblical Seminary shall be fully educated on the mandates, obligations and duties of the gospel ministers.
SCF 129: Creation of Church Organs.
This course in EL University of Theology and Biblical Seminary is for all students and must be participated by every registered student. The course is an eye opener that teaches the gospel minister, the necessity of creating different organs in his local church, such as the choristers, Youths fellowship, Women fellowship, Men’s fellowship, Committees, Boards, Workers fellowship, Ushers group and others including Prayer band group, Evangelism team and students fellowship. The students shall be taught on how to create these organ and the benefits in creating them.
SCF 130: The Task of Spirituality.
Whatever business that is done in the church that denies its spirituality is a failure. The spirituality of the church is not debatable and not optional and never a second handed issue.
The church is a spiritual body and called to be spiritual. The church is born to be spiritual, called to be spiritual and established on the spiritual foundation. The students shall be taught the necessity of the church spirituality and why, how and what of the whole issues.
SCF 131: Righteousness than can cause maturity.
This course is on spiritual maturity and how to acquire it and the role of Christian righteousness in Christian maturity. The student in this class shall be taught to be righteous and the benefits of righteousness in Christian church, in Christian family and in Christian individuals. This is an ecclesiastical course to build and to equip the church.
SCF 132: Holiness that Attract Fame.
This course shall bring the students to the lives of Moses, Joshua, John the Baptist, Peter and Paul who controlled great crowd, drew influence and addressed the multitude of people with the truth on their conviction of holiness. This course will help the students to understand the effects of ministers true holiness on the church members and shall help the students to be holy and to maintain holiness, which is foundation of the church growth, positive fame, respect and ministerial success. This course is anti-pulpit occultation and ministry cultism.
SCF 133: How to become Kingdom Builder.
Some of the present day preachers are empire builders, others are financial seekers, while there are those who are fame seekers, but only few know what they are doing who are the kingdom builders. It is one thing to be at the altar preaching but another is to be at the altar of God preaching for the kingdom of God.
This course is on how to become God’s servant and the true preacher of the gospel and the kingdom builder. This will make the student to position himself where God shall meet him, use him and lead him in the ministry.
SCF 134: The Sacrifice for Church Growth.
This is a Biblical course on the spiritual and Biblical sacrifice that can cause church growth. No church is called or created to be dwarf but ministers ignorance, carnality, sinfulness and laziness have contributed to the stagnation and dwarfish growth of their churches. This course shall teach the righteous, holy and Biblical efforts and true godly sacrifice to make that shall cause church growth like the congregations of Moses, Joshua, John the Baptist, Peter and Paul of old. Every local church can grow if its pastor can grow.
SCF 135: How to Bring Unity, Love and Peace in the Church.
Love, Unity and Peace are of God any church without the three is lacking much in the realm of the Holy Spirit and of course, any church without love, without unity and without peace shall not be called the church of God, but demonic congregation. This course is on how to bring unity, love and peace of God in the church of God. The students here shall be taught on how to make his church godly, Christ oriented and heavenly conscious congregation.
SCF 136: Keys to Divine Promotion.
The Bible says promotion comes from nowhere but from God. This course shall teach the students of EL University of Theology and Biblical Seminary on the secrets, keys, sacrifices and the divine foundation for godly promotion. God is highly interested in promotion, prosperity and the success of His children but how shall it come? This course has the answer on how can the students of EL University of Theology and Biblical Seminary catch divine promotion earlier prepared for them by God their father.
