EXPANDING THE LENGTH OF ACADEMIC PROGRAMS OF ELGROTHIN BY REV. PROF. EMMA ONONUJU.
Beloved Brethren,
Greetings of joy and love in Jesus name. I am here to express why EL Group of Theological Institutions were born and the scope of vision and the length of academic programs in Nigeria and in the church world.
EL Group of Theological Institutions were born to do something new, something special, something significant and something important to God, to the church and to individuals.
Below are few targets and tasks.
- To correct the present errors, false prophecies, money preaching and fake miracles without Christ that have filled and polluted our society today.
- To correct fake and occult miracles, diabolic activities and steady church programs without Christ that have destroyed the Christian focus nowadays.
- To correct the present wrong concept of the gospel ministries or wrong concept of what the church stands for, which has killed the gospel ministries and negatively affected the church of Christ.
- To bring sanity, purity, holiness, righteousness and the love of Jesus Christ in the church and in the gospel ministries at large.
- To restore the messages of the cross, the pains of Calvary, the Bible salvation and why Jesus died on the cross of Calvary which have been forgotten and denied by many churches and their own ministers.
- EL Theological Institutions were built and founded on the foundation of the scriptural truth and life which is our foundation and confession.
- The inaugural meeting of EL Theological Institution and the formation of the governing council and the admin council can bear witness of this truth as we see the minutes of such meeting below.
- To build Christ oriented theological institution that shall train Christ oriented gospel ministers who shall train convert and equip Christ oriented members and Christ oriented church workers who shall carry Christ oriented life, Christ oriented confession, Christ oriented evangelism and Christ oriented mission to christless and lifeless society of our time.
- To kill Judasism (money consciousness) which has robbed the true piety of the priests, true devotion of the pastors and the true sermons from the altar of God and change all to money preaching which is the representation of Judas instead of Jesus.
- To make the church of Jesus Christ, the centre of salvation, the mountain of holiness, the room of righteousness, the house of faith, the congregation of love, the body of Christ, the forum of love, the family of God, the gathering of the saints and the sea and ocean of miracles.
May the almighty God help the Church to come back to Jesus – Amen

CURRENT EDUCATIONAL ECCLESIOLOGY
Educational Ecclesiology here is wider than expected. It is an academic and educational program where the Bible is the only text book and where every study therein is churchly ministerially and spiritually. It is a churchly and spiritual program that is studied physically. The aim is not only to make the students to be highly educated but majors in making the students to be highly spiritual, highly devoted, highly Biblical, highly dedicated and to be salvation and heavenly focused.
This is a course that unveils that the church is also a centre of deeper learning, a center of deeper studies and a larger centre for Christian education. This course is specifically made for the gospel ministers whose visions are to work, teach, and coordinate and to concentrate in the traditional church theology and Ethics

THE BIBLICAL PURPOSES OF CHRISTIAN EDUCATION.
Christian Education is Biblical and an institution that started with the ancient Hebrews beginning with father Abraham whom God instructed to teach all the truth to his children and to his children’s children. This instruction continued with Isaac, Jacob and the entire Hebrew race till the time of Jesus Christ, when family indoctrinations in Israel were too significant and relevant.
Below are the Biblical purposes of Christian education:-
- To bring back the proper knowledge of the Truth and to establish Christ centered foundation.
- To draw all who refused to attend churches to Bible class on Sundays that is based on salvation.
- To equip gospel teachers that shall equip the believers in Christ for powerful soul winning.
- To develop the knowledge of the Bible College students to understand the total craft of teaching.
- To enlarge the total coast of church evangelism and to create more vacuums for soul winning.
- To evangelize the world and to equip those that shall be used as tools to evangelize the world.
- To enlarge the church numerically through Biblical teachings on revival, soul conversion and on steady church growth.
- To educate the gospel ministers who shall educate the church members for active works of God and focus on soul harvesting.
- To educate the church on the usefulness of the Bible and the necessity of using the Bible as the first textbook of the church and of the Christian world.
- To be students of the word of God and to live only by what God is saying and commanding.
